About the service

This programme is designed to help people manage feelings of stress, worry or low mood, and to develop simple, practical skills to cope with life’s challenges. It can support positive changes that make a real difference to everyday wellbeing.

Delivered over six sessions, the programme is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) concepts - the most evidence-based talking therapy for anxiety and depression. The programme focuses on changing unhelpful thinking and behaviour to break negative cycles and build more positive patterns.

This programme is delivered online and in person.
