Look after your mental health campaign 2025

The five local Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland alongside the Public Health Agency and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service have worked in partnership to promote a campaign to highlight to the general public the importance of looking after your mental health, being aware of any signs of problems with it and using self-care techniques to manage your mental health.
