Host a calming skills workshop
When you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed or out of control, it can seem like your thoughts and emotions are taking over. These short exercises - sometimes called grounding exercises - can help you pause, feel more settled and regain a sense of control.
If you would like to try hosting a calming skills workshop, this guide will support you to do that. You do not need to have any particular qualification to host a calming skills workshop. You just need to have an awareness of the calming skills and the confidence to describe these to workshop participants.
Social media graphics
There are a range of social media graphics that are available for download to allow consistent messaging. HSC will be using and sharing the graphics over the course of the campaign.
