About the service

This programme is designed for expectant parents and parents of babies under 3. Supporting parents to look after their mental health and nurture their child’s emotional wellbeing.

This programme focuses on specific challenges of pregnancy and early parenthood. Participants learn how to recognise signs of mental ill-health, where to get help, and simple self-help strategies. The programme includes a practical introduction to mindfulness, showing how simple techniques can help parents feel calmer, more relaxed and better able to enjoy parenthood. 

Delivered online and in person and lasts 2 hours.
