About the service

This programme is designed to help people look after their mental health and build resilience to cope with life’s challenges. It offers practical tools and techniques that can be used in everyday life to support emotional wellbeing.

Using ideas from cognitive behavioural approaches, participants are introduced to the Five Areas Approach, which helps them understand how thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected, and how making small changes can have a positive impact.

This programme is delivered both online and in person and lasts 2.5hrs.
