About the service

AWARE NI is the Depression Charity for Northern Ireland. We have 24 mental health support groups across NI operating both online and face-to-face. They provide a safe place for people experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety or bipolar to connect and help each other with their mental health. Individuals can talk openly about how they feel, find comfort in shared experiences, and learn helpful coping techniques.

There is no need to pre-register, need a referral, or an official diagnosis. There are NO WAITING LISTS and AWARE support groups are FREE TO ATTEND for as long as you need them.
