Fresh Minds Education

Fresh Little Minds - Children’s Emotional Resilience and Wellbeing

About the service

Fresh Little Minds is an innovative programme designed to foster emotional resilience and mental wellbeing in children, educators, and communities. At its core is the AMBER Approach—an evidence-based, trauma-informed framework that stands for Awareness, Mindfulness, Balance, Empowerment, and Regulation. This holistic model integrates seamlessly into daily routines, offering practical tools to enhance emotional regulation, build self-awareness, and promote overall mental health. The programme is delivered through interactive workshops tailored for various groups, including schools and youth clubs. By equipping children with these essential skills, Fresh Little Minds aims to create supportive environments where children and adults alike can thrive emotionally and mentally.
