About the service

Fresh Minds Education offers comprehensive suicide prevention and emotional health training through the Connections programme. Designed for individuals and organisations, these courses equip participants with the skills to identify and support those in emotional distress or at risk of suicide. The training emphasises a trauma-informed approach, focusing on connection, humanity, and hope. Courses include the Connections Link Life, Help Life, and Training of Trainers (T4T), all aimed at creating safer communities and workplaces.
