Action Mental Health's Individual Placement Support (IPS) service helps people access support to access employment.
They offer:

- Help finding the paid work you want to do
- Support with your CV, job searches, applications & interviews
- Approaching employers with you in mind
- Support managing your health condition to enable you to work
- Ongoing support once in employment for as long as you need
- Expert benefit advice so that you know exactly what your full income will be
Any service user that wishes to work & has an employment specialist in their community team can access this programme.
