Don’t try to manage your or someone else’s suicidal thoughts on your own. Remember, thoughts about suicide are just that – thoughts. They won’t last forever and often they pass quickly. Many people who have had serious thoughts about suicide have said that they feel completely different only hours later.

Nexus NI offer counselling and support to survivors of childhood sexual abuse and  victims of sexual violence including those who have experienced rape and sexual assault.  We have nearly 30 years' experience in providing a professional counselling service helping people to survive sexual violence.  Counselling is available for anyone aged 16 or over.  We offer counselling in 25 centres across Northern Ireland including Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, Portadown and Enniskillen.  Hours of opening vary between each office with some late nights available but are not open at weekends.
