Don’t try to manage your or someone else’s suicidal thoughts on your own. Remember, thoughts about suicide are just that – thoughts. They won’t last forever and often they pass quickly. Many people who have had serious thoughts about suicide have said that they feel completely different only hours later.

Home-Start Banbridge is a voluntary Organisation which offers support to families through trained volunteers visiting families in their own homes to offer parent to parent support tailored to meet identified need. We offer friendship, practical and emotional support to parents with at least one child under 5, reaching out to families at risk of social exclusion, including those who do not engage with other services.
