Mental Health Awareness Week 9-15 May 2022
The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week aims to raise awareness about loneliness and its impact on our mental health and wellbeing.
Many people have experienced loneliness as we emerge from the isolating effect of the COVID pandemic.
It’s important we try to reconnect with our friends, family and communities and reach out and speak to people about how we are feeling.
