www.mindingyourhead.info has been designed and produced by the Public Health Agency (PHA) in support of the 2007 Minding your head mental health public information campaign. It seeks to increase awareness of mental health issues, provide information on organisations that can offer support, encourage those who may need help and reduce the stigma associated with poor mental health.
