Conservation Volunteers Green Gym project is a vehicle for health promotion - a socially inclusive, innovative alternative to traditional gyms. A health promoting approach which provides a natural workout in the outdoors, increasing physical activity, promoting mental well-being and improving the natural environment. Target audience: The Green Gym is open to everyone. Please contact your local Conservation Volunteers office for opportunities in your area.
