Campaign

The ‘Minding your head’ public information campaign seeks to increase awareness of mental health issues, provide information on organisations that can offer support, encourage those who may need help to seek it early rather than letting things get out of control, and reduce the stigma associated with poor mental health.

The campaign includes high-profile advertising as well as a range of literature and this website. Some of the advertising can be viewed/heard by clicking the icons below.

This campaign is only the beginning of a process which will help enable people to better protect their mental health and wellbeing.
